What is a Student Council mtg like?
Student council operates using a parliamentary process. This means that each meeting we have an agenda, we follow a specific procedure (called Roberts rules), and then the floor is open and we can all discuss the issue.
Are there smaller committees?
Yes different committees are created each year and different committees meet at different times.

How does the constitution relate to or guide student council?
The constitution has all the rules. It also identifies the power that student council has.
